Job Title: Test Lead Consultant
Overview: We are looking for a strong Test Lead with a background in ETL testing and automation. The ideal candidate will lead other QA specialists and support our technology stack, which includes ETL cloud solutions such as Snowflake, DataStage, Python, Jira, and Confluence.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and Run QA and Test Management: Oversee both functional and non-functional testing in collaboration with multiple and versatile scrum teams in a SAFe agile release train setup.
- Secure Test Enablers: Ensure the availability of test environments and test data management.
- Test Scheduling: Align test scheduling with release and deployment plans.
- Provide Test Evidence: Ensure that test evidence is provided before go-live decisions.
- Identify and Resolve Impediments: Address risks and challenges related to QA and test management, and derive solutions for efficient QA and test progress.
- Follow Up and Report: Proactively communicate and report test status to key IT and business stakeholders regarding QA risk status, testing progress, and improvement activities.
- Spearhead Test Automation: Lead the design, development, maintenance, and operations of test automation.
- Advocate QA and Test: Promote continuous learning of team members and stakeholders in agile release trains and quality standards.
- Resource Management: Manage QA and test skills within the team.

Your Background and Skills Include:
- Quality Assurance Leadership: Over 5 years of professional experience in a QA leadership role, with a focus on coaching, personal and team development, and innovative problem-solving.
- Test Management Tools: Experience with test management tools and managing functional and non-functional testing, E2E-testing, test automation, test environment, and test data management.
- Planning and Follow-Ups: Extensive experience in planning and follow-ups for system tests, system integration tests, and user acceptance tests, and reporting these via dashboards and presentations.
- SQL Scripting and ETL Testing: Professional experience working with SQL scripting and ETL testing.
- Project Leadership: Documented experience leading several projects, preferably in a test automation environment.
Ideal Qualifications:
- Cloud Solutions and DevOps: Experience with cloud solutions, DevOps, and automated CI/CD pipelines.
- Test Automation Frameworks: Experience in test automation, automation frameworks, data quality controls, and tools.
- Snowflake and Data Warehousing: Knowledge and skills in working with Snowflake and data warehousing.
