Objectives and Responsibilities:
- Lead testing activities within the project.
- Identify, design, and monitor the execution of test processes and projects.
- Monitor and control test process quality and results.
- Design and execute functional, system, and integration tests.
- Design and execute non-functional tests (e.g., performance tests).
- Execute test services and automate regression tests.
- Coordinate and manage all test activities.
- Handle and report issues and errors.
- Define and follow up progress against agreed test goals.
- Develop test strategies, activities, responsibilities, stages, methods, test cases, and detailed schedules.
- Define requirements and coordinate the setup of technical test environments, test data management, and test tool selection.
- Review project deliverables such as test concepts, test cases, scripts, documentation, reporting, and error handling.
- Manage status reporting and testing resources.
Qualifications:
- Expertise in SAP systems and test management
- Significant experience in similar roles
- Strong leadership skills to manage teams effectively
- Excellent communication abilities for stakeholder engagement and team collaboration
- Problem-solving and decision making in complex projects
- Ability to ensure successful testing strategies and project execution
